Privacy policy
The data controller is the publisher of this site. For any question: partnerships@somayeh.fr.
Data we collect
- Contact form: name, email address, subject and message. This data is used only to reply to your request (partnerships, press). Legal basis: legitimate interest in handling the requests we receive. Retention: no more than three years after the last exchange.
- Newsletter: email address, only if you sign up by ticking the box provided. It is used only to send you Somayeh’s news. Legal basis: your consent. Retention: until you unsubscribe, which you can do at any time from any email or by writing to the address above.
- Recipients: Somayeh and the people in charge of her partnerships and press. No data is sold or transferred.
- If the form or the newsletter is handled by a delivery provider, that provider acts as a processor, only to pass your message on or send the newsletter.
Audience measurement
Only with your consent, the site uses Plausible Analytics, a cookie-free tool that collects no personal data and produces aggregate statistics. If you refuse, no measurement script is loaded.
Third-party content and services
Links to Spotify, Instagram and TikTok open those services in a new tab. An embedded Spotify player loads only if you ask for it by clicking, or if you have accepted external content. Those services then apply their own policies and may set cookies.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to partnerships@somayeh.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
